Wondering what’s included?
- 2 regular bags of salad greens (lettuce mix, Asian greens mix, power mix, baby kale, or spinach)
- 2 microgreens of your choice (arugula, broccoli, leek, radish, or sunflower)
- 2 dozen pasture raised non-GMO eggs
- additional items available on request
Both the Asian Greens and the Power Mix are very versatile. Our customers have enjoyed them raw as a traditional salad mix, and like kale and spinach, you can also cook them. They are great in egg casseroles, stir fry, and soup! These 2 mixes are a great addition to our winter salad greens selection.
Pick up will be every other Friday & Saturday Starting December 30th until LSL Farmers & Artists Market opens in April 2023. Pick up will be available Friday evenings at the farm or Saturday mornings in Lake Saint Louis.
