The Asian Greens Mix is full of flavor.
So what’s in it? I’m so glad you asked. 🙂
- Chinese non-heading cabbage
- Japanese spinach
- Red Pac Choi
This blend is mild, yet tender and flavorful.
It’s my mom’s favorite salad mix.
She honestly doesn’t care much for our lettuce mix, but LOVES the Asian Greens.
If you’re bored with salads, maybe it’s the switch you need.
The Asian Mix is so versatile.
I love it as a salad, but it’s also great chopped and cooked.
Our family likes to chop it and make egg casserole muffins, stir fry, or soup.
It’s loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
